We tied for first place with CRMS. Chente A. tied for first, Leo S. tied for second, and Drew W. tied for third. I've never seen such a close comp before so it was awesome all the kids were pushing each other and competing that much. AND, yesterday, the boys' climbing team won regionals for the second year in a row with Leo, Chente, and Drew taking 3rd, 4th, and 5th place respectively. Congratulations everybody! We'll see who qualifies for the state comp on February 24.
The HS basketball game in Dolores this weekend was canceled with the winter weather. We're looking at rescheduling it for the week of February 12. It may have to take place that Friday or Saturday when winter break starts so please plan accordingly. I should have that figured out Monday or Tuesday.

HS Basketball
- Tuesday, 2/6 hosting CB. Girls varsity at 4pm, boys varsity to follow.*
- Thursday, 2/8 @ Debeque. Girls varsity at 5pm, boys to follow.
* Bus leaves at 1:30pm - Saturday, 2/10 hosting Mancos. Boys varsity at 11am, girls to follow.
MS Girls Basketball
- Wednesday, 2/7 @ Telluride. C at 4pm, B and A to follow.
* The MS girls will stay in Telluride after their WAD. So, please bring all of your basketball stuff with you, including some food.
