The John Irwin Award is given to schools that consistently exceed expectations for academic achievement over a three-year period. Only 210 schools earned this honor in 2024.
The Governor’s Distinguished Improvement Award recognizes schools that demonstrate exceptional student growth. Just 95 schools across the state received this distinction in 2024.
