Julie is a dedicated RES teacher whose passion for learning shines through in everything she does. She inspires her students with creativity, compassion, and a true love of teaching. Julie’s impact reaches beyond the classroom, helping to build a supportive and thriving school community. We are so proud to see her honored for the difference she makes every single day.
Kathy Heinrichs – Exceptional Woman of Ouray County
As a substitute teacher, Kathy brings warmth, flexibility, and positivity into every classroom she enters. She is always ready to step in with a smile and support both students and staff with patience and care. Kathy’s kindness and willingness to serve wherever she is needed make her a true treasure to our district and community.
